After the week-long sweep, 81 arrests were made and 37 people surrendered, combining to a total of $2.85 million in collections.

The Sheriff's Office issued this statement: "The goal of the Sheriff's Office and the Friend of the Court is always to try and attain voluntary compliance and avoid arresting individuals," adding, "As such, each enforcement sweep is preceded by media coverage to encourage parents who owe money to make contact with the Friend of the Court.
